    Hooking up 5 boxes to directv
    I have a HD dvr and 2 other boxes feeding off my dish but I want to hook up another box but my dish only has 4 out puts and my DVR takes 2 outputs and I need one output per box so how do I get the extra out put and how does it hook up

    You will most likely need to change your satellite dish. I am not 100% sure if you need to (as it depends on your current dish). You could just need to add an LNB (Low-noise block converter - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia). I would not recommend messing with this stuff unless you know what you are doing (and especially since DirecTV will not warranty anything anymore if you mess it up).

    Call DirecTV and see what they have to say.
