    I want to live with my mom!
    Hey!. I've been living with my dad for about 4 years on and off.. All my life I have been back and forth between my mom and dad.. And now I am 16 and I want to live with my mom.. Last summer I ran away to be with my mom and I have been taking from my mom before by social services.. But I realize everyone makes mistakes and I have forgave my mom for hers.. She has totally turned her life around and currently lives in Alabama.. I am in a totally different state.. And I miss my mom and my father abuses me mentally sometimes physically but not that often.. I am so sick of always getting threatened I never feel loved and I don't know what to do.. My dad has been in jail on and off the whole time I have lived with him so me my brother and sister go back and forth between my dads parents.. It's very depressing!. Sometimes I feel so left out and neglected because there are 4 other kids in the house.My dad currently has a new girlfriend and she just had a baby by him and is almost 2 years old and they have only new each other for 2 years.. He doesn't think ever I don't know what to do I want to live with my mom..

    Hi Heather,
    Call an attorney and explain just what you have written here. You may also call an attorney referral service who will put you in touch with an attorney who would help you on a pro bono basis. In other words they would not charge you a fee as you may not be able to afford to pay. Good Luck and God be with you.

    Yea I want to live with my mom too cuzz my dad yells at me and scares me sometimes but I don't want him to hate me if I live with her

    I'm sorry what your dealing with my dad don't like me too but hopefully you could live with your mom
