    Not if it was consensual. If she claims rape, that is not statutory.

    The age of consent in Maryland is 16. By why are you messing with a girl that young? Do her parents know you are seeing her?

    The girl is 17, not 16, and we don't even know if the poster is him, her, a parent, or someone just asking.

    My bad, I had 16 on the brain with the consent law thing. I agree, who knows who it is.
