    My son . 18 in August is scaring me . He smokes relentlessly and spent the last 3 days on Xanax... I think due to a rejection from a girl . I'm single mum . Are arguments / chats have changed , I'm genuinely scared

    Then you have to seek help for him and convince him it is for the best. Where did he get the Xanax, out of the medicine cabinet ? You need to get a grip here, mom !

    He needs some understanding, but he also needs to get out of the house and start being an adult. Does he have a job? Where does he get money for non stop cigs? And yes, where did he get the Xanax? Are you enabling him?
