My mom broke her back a few years back and because of that I have been helpimg out more around the house. i.e. cleaning more, cooking, getting the kids ready for bed, getting their clothes, and snack for school getting everone but in the moring which means that I have to get up at 6am to make sure that I have time to get ready for school. I also suffer from depreation, ADHD, and ADD. I have cut myself in the past and tried to commit suscuide, because of all the stress. My mom yells at me something was not done right or to her standereds. Which makes me fell as if I am nothing I see can only see the thing that I don't do and not the things that I do. At times yes she see that I am helping out with everything. I don't talk to my mom because I fear that if I do that I will start crying and she will get mad.
So I feel like I can not talk to her. I read and listen to music to excape the world that I live in and some of the things that I do for her and the family. I want to get a job so that I can help her out with the bills and every things. But to make matters worse my brother and sisters do not listen to me so that adds on to the stress and that another thing that I want to tell my mom but then that when the fear comes in. I have been hospitalized twice. I feel sick all the time and tired as well do you think that you can give me some advie so that I can tell my mom how I fell so that our relationship can get better. I am a senior in high school and 19 years old.

Talk to a counselor at school about how to go about getting some help, not only with your mom but for yourself. You need to talk to your mom. Your talking to her is in your control, She can't help what she doesn't know.

You need to talk to counseller for both of you. If both of you together try doing yoga breathing exercise if possible, this might help the depression. Good luck.
