    Self Harm
    I need help. Should I tell my parents about me self harming, to get help? Or should I not say anything about it. I've self harming on and off. And I'm tired of feeling so upset and having suicide thoughts, that I actually want to get help. But I'm scared it won't be the right choice.

    Yes, you should tell your parents. They can get you the help you need.

    If you can't confide in your parents, please speak with your school nurse, teacher, or counselor. School is a good place to get help.
