    Unsure About... Everything
    I feel traped in a dark lake filled with meaningless nothingness and don't know how to get out. My music usual knows how to save me, but not tonight. Why?! I don't know. My heart has a calm numbing pain, and my throat fells like I swallowed a frog and it's stuck in my throat yet I can breath fine. I can't really feel anything... no emotion at all. What should I do?!

    How old are you?

    There are always up and down days in life.

    If music doesn't work tonight, then try something else.

    Try to focus on one thing casual/relaxing, such as watching TV, playing a sport, playing a video game. Don't be so hard on yourself. The point is to be proactive that you could enjoy to life your spirits so that you don't just sit around feeling bad.

    Tomorrow, when you wake up, it will be a new day.

    You're not crazy-you're a teenager and your feelings are normal-even so,talking to a responsible adult might be a good idea.
