Is this justice
So I was helping my mom at her store and got paid. I bought a PS3, 1 extra controler and a PS2-PS3 Joystick converter. When school started my Mom said that I can't play anymore on my PS3 because it is school, so she took my 2 joysticks but not my converter. So I had a plan to use that converter(+joystick) when there was nobody at home except me. 3 weeks later my Mum busted me behind the TV with the Joystick in my hand. So now I can't play playstation anymore AT ALL. So is that fair? I bought it with my own money. Does she have the right to do that?

As long as your mother is putting a roof over your head, she gets to make the rules.
Yes, she has every right to do that.
And it's fair, not fare. How are your grades in school?
I notice you have a number of threads about video games. Does your mother think you are obsessed with them?

You've been told about the use of agrees and disagrees before. Apparently you weren't listening. Please read the AMHD rules before you continue to make the same mistake. If my information is INCORRECT, then reddie me.
Unfortunately for you, my information is right on.
Whether you paid for it with your own money or not your mother supports you, puts a roof over your head and gets to make the rules. When you are self supporting you can play with any videogame any time you want.
With a 74 point average in the US you'd be repeating a subject or two. I wouldn't allow you to use a videogame, either. And if I told you not to and found you using it anyway I would be very unhappy.
So get a job, get emancipated and stop whining. Spend some time reading the AMHD rules - you'll be a better person for the experience.

Your mom wants you to focus on education. Grade 74% is not good... as long as you are not an adult and still live with her... it's her place, she got to make the rules.

Your mom "busted you" hiding behind a TV? How old are you, 8?
As has already been answered - your mom is the parent, she makes the rules. I don't care if she paid for it, you paid for it, or if Santa Claus brought it to you in the flesh - if Mommy says no, then it's no.

No you paying for it does not court, has nothing to do with the issue.
In your parents ( or mom's ) house, you follow their rules, no matter what you think of the rules.
If you want to be able to do things, you have to gain trust, which obviously you being a cheat and lie to you mom shows you can't be.
At this point, you work hard, get your grades up and prove you can be trusted again.
Then perhaps you can play games for limited time a few nights a week plus some on weekends

First, may I call your attention to the guidelines for using the comments feature found here:
https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/feedba...ure-24951.html
Apparently this has been done before, but I will warn you one more time. Your giving a negative comment was inappropriate here. Your whole question seems to show an inability to follow rules and your use of the negative comment reinforces that.
Also, I moved your question from the Family Law forum, since this is not a question about law. This is a question about parenting. Your parents set the rules as long as they support you and you live under their roof. If you felt not being able to play the PS3 was unfair, then you should have discussed it with your mom and tried to work out a fairer arrangement. Maybe tied to your grades. But to try and go behind her back to get around her taking away the controllers shows a lack of respect for her and her rules.

Do you get this?
My mother saids that I can't be a lifer nor a no lifer? What the hell should I be then? I can't go hang out with my friends nor sitting behind the television for the last 3 years!
I'm bored. I can't do anything anymore the last time, even to chat with friends on my phone nor the MSN. THIS WORLD S*CKS.

I merged this question with this thread since its really the same issue. If your parents are imposing restrictions on you (and in your case, the restrictions seem valid) you need to work with your parents to show them you are responsible enough to have the restrictions cut back or lifted.

First, its my responsibility to make sure this site runs according to the rules, which is why I've merged your questions. Second if other teens have similar problems, let them ask their own question.
Finally, I've moved your thread to the Teens forum so other teens can chime in if they want.
