    I have a high matabolism, and I weigh 79lbs and I'm supposed to weigh 103-123. Help!
    Ok, I'm 13 years old and weigh 79lbs and I'm supposed to weigh 103-123lbs. I also have a high matabolism, I have tried EVERYTHING I possibly can to gain weight from doing nothing as far as excersise goes, to eating ALL day and do nothing. What can I do to gain enough lbs to be 103-123lbs? Please help me in an honest way and as good enough info as possible that WILL work. Thanks, Victoria96 :)

    I know you don't want to hear this but why worry about it? The truth of the matter is that your changing and sometimes it takes awhile to catch up. Many people go through this. And if your not careful and develop bad eating habits trying to gain weight and suddenly your body starts to slow down then your going to have trouble keeping it off. Eat healthy. Maintain a steady diet of decent food. Give your body a chance to adjust to itself.
