Hey y'all I'm new here this place seems like a helpful place. I think I have a problem you see there's this girl in my class and she seems like a pretty cool person. I really like her but I sit on the other side of the room and I bet she doesn't even know who I am. What do you guys think I should do? She doesn't really talk to a lot of people and probably the only ones she talks to a lot are girls. I'd probably move over to the other side of the room but the teacher is a and we have a pretty strict seating chart. I'm pretty much stuck here. If I ever get up the nerve to go and talk to her what should I say without looking like a loser. Anyway thanks a lot for reading this I really appreciate it.

Start with something simple you won't stammer through because you're nervous. When class lets out time your exit so the two of you are going through the door either side by side or you just in front of her. Make a single comment to her related to the class. Something like "big homework assignment tonight huh?" Keep it general and if she starts walking with you try asking something about the class like "what did you think of _____". Asking questions will keep her talking and women love a man who listens. Asking questions also means you only have to talk if she asks you a question so you can avoid some of the first conversation jitters that tend to make boys sound like morons ;-)

I have definitely been in this position before. Sitting on the other side of the room and crushing on a guy.

Even though you sit across the room try to get her attention, bring her in a group discussion. Or like Ber said, as you walk out the door burst out a short comment. Compliment her, tell her that you like her jacket or accessories or something like that.

Do you have any other classes with her? See if she would like to study with her, or ask to borrow some notes.

If none of this arises to you then just simple "Hi! How are you?" I know that it may seem like something a dork would do, but trust me it works.
