    Is it legal
    I am a 15 year old female. I have a friend that is 19. He is a male and an amazin person. I really like him a lot. I know that this might sound dumb because of my age.I know what I want in a guy and he definitely has it all. Basically I just was to want to know if it is legal for us to date and do other things as well. This is really confusing because I get a lot of answers. I don't know who to believe or if it is even true. Please him help me out. I really want him but only if he won't get into trouble.:confused:

    The laws vary by states. In many states it would be illegal for him to have sex with you. It depends where you live.

    In very few places is it OK for a 15 year old to have sex with a adult.

    So the 19 year old in most areas will be risking a long term in prison to be with you.

    Very very few places is 15 year old okay to be with a 19 year old sexually. In some states a 16 year old can be with a 20 year old.
