You know how when sometimes you like someone, you see certain things that lead you to believe that they like you back? Well how come when you get a chance to find out how they really feel, you freeze up and don't take it? Like if one of your friends offers to ask this person, or anything like that. You don't take it thinking things like, there's no way they like me, I'm imagining all this stuff. Even though you think they like you back? And why are we afraid to show our feelings, like being to obvious? Is it insecurity?

The trick of course is to love yourself first, that way you won't be afraid of rejection and your life will be free of fear when it comes to relationships.

Imagine loving yourself to a degree where you feel free to pursue someone you like and if they don't like you back it doesn't affect your self-esteem, sure there will be disappointment but you won't be afraid to move on and try someone else that you are attracted to until one day God, fate, etc. matches you with someone who is ready to like you back at the same time you are ready to like them.

Get rid of the negative internal messages running around in your head by replacing them with positive affirmations about yourself even if you don't quite believe those affirmations to begin with. If you make this a habit, you won't believe how your view of yourself and your life will seem that much better and different; and how much more confidence you will have in yourself and life situations.
