Bad memories still haunting
I have had a difficult life, not the "oh pity me my mommy and daddy won't let me skip curfew or date this guy or buy me the new car i want boohoo ect ect" but a difficult life. One which I don't want or expect any pity or answers as to why. However, some of the not so fortuneate events and down right horrid experiences and one terrible nightmare keep popping up into my mind keeping me from being able to finally move on now that I have the chance. I want to know why these things won't go away. I have tried facing most of the issues, there is one that I can't face simply because I have no idea where the guy is, and I would probably be paralyzed in fear and anger IF I saw him. I just want these memories to stop so I can move on.

Hmmm, if you work on it hard you could try and erase those memories from your mind. Try out by doing something different for a change find a hobby to take your mind of from thinking about things... about the nightmares... that can be a tuff one but how about taken a teddy or some sort of sentamentel thing to bed with you to give you some comfort.. if that helps you anyway. I think the first step is trying to get you mind of from thinking about those things. :)
