    Should I
Should I be mad at a guy if he doesn't call when he says he will?

I think I shouldn't because he has school in the morning.
But then I think I should because he said he was going to call.
    So he should have right?
Or at least sent a text message saying that he is going to bed and will talk to me in the morning right?

Well I sent him a text saying "whatever." is that to harsh am I in the wrong

I'm sorry if this sounds like a bunch of crazyness it is everything thatis going through my head

Sometimes things come up and people just can't get around to replying to phone calls and text messages. I know that I've forgotten to call people and people have forgotten to call me and it's normal. If you're going to see him tomorrow just casually ask him what happened, otherwise I would drop it. If it wasn't imperative that you get a hold of him then it wasn't imperative for him to reciprocate. Impolite but not earth-shattering.

I would have been mad if he was a doctor, lawyer, or someone with a professional reputation to hold up.
