    First date
I'm 15yrs old and I have never ever had a date (to me it sounds really embarrasing). Recently a boy I like has asked me out; first he asked if I dated any guys and although I feel really confident in talking to him, I was afraid to tell him the truth - that I have never had a date, so I told him that I did but there was nothing serious. Then of course he asked me to go out with him. I told him that I wasn't sure and he kind of understood me and said that maybe it was too early as we haven't known each other for more than a month. But the thing is that I wanted and I still do want to go out with him, I'm just scared that he'll find out that it would be my first date and think I'm childish etc. And also the second problem I have is that as I have never had a date, I don't know how to act or anything so I guess he'll notice. A few days ago he asked me to go watch a film together and I though that I have to have the FIRST date some time, so it better be this time.. . but now I'm really scared to go! I may sound foolish or anything but that's the simple truth :(

    Any kind of help appreciated

You act yourself, simple as that.
Don't go acting any differently than you normally would.

If he tells a joke - laugh
If he does something that you don't want (tries to kiss you etc) - Then tell him no

Being 15 and never dated is definitely not a bad thing!
I didn't go on my first date until I was 18.
It was a good thing, the guy I went out with respected me more for waiting until I met the right guy.

Hey Shaz how are you :)?

But anyway, Shaz is right. Be yourself. Be honest with yourseldf also. To me, a date is almost like hanging out with a close friend, the only difference is some people kiss on dates lol. You should be fine though.

Do what comes naturally, but don't do anything you don't want to do.

It doesn't matter if it's your first date, or your millionth. Every date has something go wrong, so just have fun and live it up and you'll do fine.

Everything every one else has said is right, just be yourself. I just want to add, I used to worry about dressing up cute for dates. And while it's important to look nice (I'd be upset if my date showed up in his pj's or something you know), you don't have to go all out. I went through a phase when I was about your age where it didn't matter how uncomfortable my clothes and shoes (especially the shoes) were, as long as they looked cute. It's easier to be comfortable with your date if what you're wearing is comfortable. :)

You definitely don't have to kiss, especially on the first date if it makes you uncomfortable.

Just be relaxed, it will all come naturally if you are comfortable with him.

Again (again?), you don't need to lie to him. There's plenty of people who grow older than you before a first date.

Anyway, there is no reason you have to kiss him. First off, plenty of dating adults don't kiss on the first date, so why should a new highschooler have to? Second, a first kiss is always a peck on the lips, so there is nothing to worry about. :)

Yeah and if he wants anything more from you on the first date, then he's not worth your time.
