    Copycat friend
Hi! I have this friend whom I have been spending my time with like, almost 3 years. She is too good to be true at first, I thought I have found myself someone whom I can rely on to. I treated her as a big sister because you know, she's 26 and I'm 20. We met in school because she is taking a second course.

At first, I didn't realize that everything I have, she also want! Well, she has a lot of advantage because she has a lot of money. Yeah, at first t'was little things like my press powder, other make ups etc. then when I have a boyfriend she already started dating with someone that it turned out that she was just used for sex, of course I was MAD and even fought that guy even if I'm younger because, I thought, we were both true to each other.

When she was dating that guy, she told me that she is following of how I am to my boyfriend! Then we had this competition that she used a material which I am studying for quite some time. She even THANKED me because of the idea!! But when she was praised by eveyrone, she told them that she found that out by herself.. and I was there, listening... :/

I then ventured to photography because editing and softwares are my thing, and because she's waaaay older she admits that she doesn't have any idea about this stuffs.. months later, she bought her camera and ventured to photography too which really SUCKED! It irritates me already, like A LOT!

I don't know what to do :( either I'll wait till we graduate or I tell her everything.. FYI, our other friends are also irritated because they have experienced this too...

She is fond of backbiting our other classmates and just lately, I found out that she's spilling all of it to them and point it on to me!!

I grew tired and kept my mouth shut.. but still, she irritates me a lot and I have to pretend that nothing is wrong...

I'm assuming that English isn't your fist language, so I am trying to understand. Basically you have a friend that copies all of your original ideas. What motivates you to keep her in your life if everything she does is to hurt you or pretend to be you?

Ditch your friend. Whether it's coincidence, or she is doing it on purpose, do not keep "friends around" that seem to be doing you harm or causing you pain.

You can cut it off completely by telling her you do not want to be friends, or you can do it slowly by letting her know you do not want to hang out right now, and let here get the point that way.

Based on your comments, she doesn't seem the type of person to keep around, although this is only your point of view (and not hers).
