    Constant blushing.
All right so I blush all the time, and I mean constantly. Such as in school, if I get called on to answer a question I blush or if I talk to guys I don't even like I blush. It is utterly embarrassing and is there any way to prevent this?

Sounds like you get embarrassed easily, am I right?

Try doing a few small things to boost your confidence.
    Here's a couple of examples:

Call a video store and ask if they have a certain video in stock

    Call to order a pizza

Once you have mastered talking to strangers on the phone you can work up to doing the same thing in public, ask about products in stores, even if you don't want them, anything to get you talking.

Eventually you could work up to doing some public speaking or debating at your school.

I completely sympathise with you! In school I was exactly the same. Even a fellow student asking me a question would make me blush I just hated attention being on me. I agree with the above commet, try little steps to boost your confidence. Also, going to a cognitive therapist could help also hypnotherapy, although that didn't help for me. I still get embarrassed quite easily but I'v started to accept that it happens and its just part of me and being quite shy but once you accept it, you notice it less and actually blush less.

However, Im thinking of going to cognitive therapy myself before I got to uni next year.

Good Luck and I hope you find the right solution for you =]

Thanks for the advice. =) I'm actually already on the debate team, which is quite ironic, so I've made hundreds of speeches but every time I say something my face still continues to turn red. =(

Aww how cute! Self confidence is the key, people talk to you for a reason, if a guy talks to you, they must have a reason to, so no need 2 blush at all, as you are already doing something good for them 2 talk to you in tha first place! Just see them as you a member of your family, should get easier to talk to them
