Most guys do... Not all... But seriously, lets be realistic... Not many people, guys or girls, who don't look for physical attraction as well as emotional attraction...

It depends on what guy you are talking about. Do you want somebody superficial or keep finding guys like this. Then you are looking in the wrong places. All guys, except for gay guys appreciate a women's appearance but, it is not everything. It is what is on the inside and I am sure there are other men or boys who feel the same way but they are too shy and too good for girls like you.

I won't lie, womens' looks are appealing to me -- though personality and emotional compatibility have always been a far greater priority. There is a rather brash saying, "Beauty is skin deep, but ugly is bred in the bone." Looks eventually fade to a degree. But a good personality, like a fine wine, hopefully becomes mellower and sweeter with age. If you love someone for their personality, they will always be the most beautiful person in the world to you. If they are shallow and conceited, those looks are going to wear thin real quick. :)
I don't necessarily agree that gay men find women unattractive. I've known many that appreciate female beauty overall; one, even female breasts. Though gay men may perhaps place a slighter higher emphasis on physical beauty -- depending on which gay man you ask, it typically has a great deal to do with emotional fulfillment, and the relevant "hardware", as well. :)

I would say yes it's the first thing people look at, being male or female. But then saying that appearance comes first but its always the inside that counts.
I mean, could you stay with a gorgeous gorgeous guy but he has a horrible character?

Appearance, like krs said, is the first thing you notice hence "love at first sight". Although you can be attracted to someone's phsyique, it ends up being their substance and character that makes you want a relationship with them.
