    Your employer... they are who issues them.

    As I have posted at least TWICE in the past week, many of the larger companies, the FEDERAL government and MOST city/state governments post the W-2s to the Employee Only section of the company/state/city website.

    The federal government maintains a SEPARATE website called My Pay where the employees can download their bi-weekly Leave and Earning Statements and, in January, download the W-2s.

    Check with your employer to see if they make your W-2 available via their company website.
