    I was in USA from 14 Feb to 2 April 2010, will I get OASDI and Medicare tax refund?
    Hi,

    I was in USA from 14 Feb to 2 April 2010 on L1 Visa, will I get OASDI and Medicare tax refund?

    No.
    You will file nonresident tax return. You can claim travel expenses that include travel, meals and lodging. Use Form 2106 or 2106-EZ to figure your allowable expenses that you claim on line 9 of Schedule A (Form 1040NR).
