Us india tax treaty: filling out a wait form
    Hello,
I am an Indian citizen in the US on a F-1 visa. I was looking into putting money in a mutual fund and they require you to submit an IRS W8 form. Section 10 of that form asks for a %age rate of withholding based on the relevant tax treaty. I tried to look up the figure but of course I can't decipher anything from the treaty or IRS Pub 901 so I'd appreciate any help.
    Thanks.
