    US-India income tax treaty
    I am postdoc working in US federal government lab (will work atmost 2 year only), Am I eligible for tax exemption by Us-India income tax treaty.

    My visa status is J1 and my wife is on J2. I am getting funds from ORISE and working at EPA.
