    Tax filing for L1
    Hi,

I am on a L1 visa, all my taxes are pre deducted from my salary. Company has given me a W2 form. Do need to submit any document for filing my tax? If yes then what are the steps for the same?

    Thanks

    Vikas:

If you are filing a Form 1040EZ by normal mail, then a copy of the W-2 needed to be attached to the Form 1040EZ.

If you are using tax software and filing electronically, then nothing needs to be attached. Only the nformation on the W-2 needs to be keyed into the software.
