    Chairalbe contraburations form 8283
    Little confusing, I have cloths, about 300 pieces, fair market valve for the good will of about 1000.00 from the wife, would that be line a, columns d through I,?
    If so, does the qualifying agency, the good will, sign part 4,?

    follow up, does the good will have to file a 8282 for my donation to be valid? i dont understand that sentence where it says , donee information return, unless it means that my property was returned and not sold....thanks....richard
