    Sure you can but realistically, your ability to get credit will be dimisished. What kind of business, what kind of license is needed, i.e. other requirements by the state, city, county or federal govt ?

    It is just a home business. And I don't need big amounts for to start with.

    Most likely you can open up your own business.

    But as Richard said, it is very unlikely anyone will loan you money, and if they do, it will be at an insanely high interest rate.
