    Should I enter my current address?
    On my amended State tax return form.

    I am no longer in that State (was still a non-resident back then) so wanted to check if this will cause confusion?

    When submitting amendments, ALWAYS use your current mailing address. That is where the IRS will send the refund check or, if you are paying, send any correspondence about the amendment.
