    Query regarding Resident/Non Resident Status
    Hi,

    I came to US on a L1 visa on March 28 2007. I was
Working on a perdiem basis from March 28 2007 till
July 12 2007. I was also receiving Salary in India
During this time although I was present here in US and
    Receiving perdiem and hotel accommodation.

I left USA on July 12 2007 and returned to USA on July
    29 2007. From July 29 2007 onwards I have been
Receiving full salary in USA(No Indian Salary).

Let me know if I qualify as Resident alient
    (substantial presence).

    Thank you

    Vijay

You are a dual-status alien, NOT a resident or non-resident alien.
