NY State/City tax papers - confused!
I'm trying to do my own taxes this year and am completely confused with the NY state/city forms IT-150 and IT-201. I've had the maximum amount taken out of my paychecks all year. is it actually possible that I still owe? I've done it twice with turbo tax and have gotten 2 different amounts owed. any suggestions would be helpful. I've been on the NYS tax site and downloaded tons of instructions and I'm still confused.
    Thanks

    Paula:

Get professional help! The NY state tax forms rival the federal tax system in terms of complexity. If you have not figired it out by now, you will not figure it out.
