    NJ state tax which form
    I am on F1 visa(non resident alien) and worked in NJ in 07,
    I stayed in nj for 2 months and rest of time I was in NY
    Which nj state tax form must I file?

    Also when if mail the tax form to NJ, I don't see any bank account information asked for in the form for direct deposit...
    I am expecting a refund, so how do they send a refund?

    Which NJ Form number you are referring to?

    I am referring to Nj-1040NR

    For my case should I fill NJ-1040nr or Nj-1040?
