    J-1 Visa trainee tax-exempt?
    So, I am helping 3 friends (from Turkey, Brazil, and Australia), do their taxes. They are all working for US companies on J-1 training visas. I can't find a tax treaty that exempts them. Is there one?

    Unfortunately there is no tax treaty for any of those countries.
