    Inheritance federal tax...
Hello my grandfather passed away and left a will for me and my brother. It ends up after notary and all other charges we get 120,000 euros. Now the problem is that everything is taking place in belgium since he lived there and hence the notary is there. My question is do we have to pay any additional taxes to bring the money into the US?
    Thank you for your help

In U.S. there is no tax on inheritance. There is no tax if you bring money to U.S. However, to report that this is inheritance, you have to file Form 3520. Your U.S. Tax Return: Tax on Inheritances
