I'm 100 % disabled through the VA, but have a 6 year old and no child support
I was wondering if I can file receiving no child support and being the single father and caregiver to my 6 year old daughter while being 100 percent disabled through the VA

If the VA disability is your ONLY source of income (child suppport is NOT taxable, so it does not count even if you get it), then you have no TAXABLE income to declare. You can file, but there is no point, because you are NOT eligible for any tax credits.
