How long for a response for a 2553 filing?
I filled a 2553 form late and sent it in with reasonable cause for filing late hoping they will accept retroactive to start date of corp. How long does it take to hear back from them? Filed on January 10th. (it's been a month).

Corporate tax law is not my strong suit, but a month should be long enough to get a decision.

Suggest you call the IRS and ask if a decision has been made.
