    If you are not married, file nonresident tax return. If you are here for over one year, claim moving expenses using From 3903. If you are here for less than a year, claim transportation, lodging and meals as itemized deduction using Form 2106 or 2106-EZ. Your U.S. Tax Return: The U.S. Visas
