How do I find out who prepared my taxes last year?
I cannot remember the name of the guy who did my taxes last year. I know he was from yorba Linda, CA. He did a really good job and I want to use him again. Is it possible for me to find this out since I cannot find any of my information from last year?

Look on your copy of last year's tax return and the paid preparer's name and address should be on the botom of page 2 of Form 1040.

This presumes that he sigend the return as a paid preparer. If you used someone who is part of the VITA program, then there will be no signature and no identification markings at all.
