    How do I find out if someone has filed for my child
    :confused: How do I go about finding out if someone filed for my child?

    The only person who can file for the child is the guardian who provides more than half for the child, so if you did not, then you can't file, and if someone else did not, they cannot file. Only one person can file, or if you are married, joint file, but yeah..
