    How this affects the taxes ?
    I have a property (condo), I add my husband in the deed of the house. He is a son of his first wife and we've always done separate taxes. When I include him in the deed but not on the mortgage. How this affects the taxes (our taxes)?

    It really does NOT affect your taxes per se, though it DOES make him ineligible for the First Time Homebuyer's Credit.
