    Need to find my w2's for 2004
    I don't remember where I worked in 2004 and I need to get income and tax verification for 2004 so I can file my taxes for 2004

    Call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 and get a copy of your tax transcript for 2004.

    With that, any competent tax preparer can prepare your 2004 tax return.

    Understand that oyu have forfeited your 2004 tax refund, if one is due. If you owe taxes, those still must be paid, though.

    If I understand it, you did not file taxes and want to now file?

    If so, you will have to remember where you worked and contact them.

    If you did already file back then but only need a copy you can get it from the IRS as noted above
