CT State Taxes e-file rejected; Federal accepted:
State CT taxes were rejected for data error: 30-CT-13975
The error has something to do with wanting my refund to go to another individual. I have reviewed my taxes multiple times and have found nothing wrong. Does anyone have an idea of what is wrong? Or what that code means?

Are you trying to use direct deposit, and if so - have you double-checked that the routing number and account number are correct?

Yes I am using Direct Deposit. The account numbers are correct. I reviewed the state tax forms to see what I missed, with no luck. When the accuracy report comes up usually it will automatically jump to the errors on the tax form, but for this particular error it did not.
Thanks for your help! If you have any other thoughts let me know.
Oh, I do have one other thing, student loans, could it be the state is taking the money?
