    Hello, I am a contractor who recently opened my own company, and I came across a job, that stated the job was a tax exempt job. My question is; how do I report this to the state comptrollers office? I cant charge for taxes? Do I still have to pay them?"

    I would have to see the ad itself to determine if it was truly tax-exempt, which I doubt if you are an employee.
