    Trojan removal
    I have a trojan.byteVerify virus. It is located [c:/users/anthony/appdata/local/temp/low/jar_cache25711.temp] here... how can I remove it? Please help!!

    Download, install and update Malwarebytes and Spybot S&D v1.6.2. Reboot the computer and press F8 to start the computer in safe mode. Log into to the instance of Windows, using the Administrator account. See the following for using Spybot and Malwarebytes:

    Using Spybot - Helljack6.com

    Using Malwarebytes - Helljack6.com

    Scan and remove all instances.
