    System restore virus
    I have hi drag a virus in my system restore and can not clean it, I have tried various virus removal tools but all to no effect, can anyone help.

    That's a bit of a pain, but completely recoverable.
    All you need to do is turn OFF your system restore, this will clear all the restore data, and then turn it back on.

    In that case,
    Turn it OFF, reboot into SAFE mode, FULY scan with AV, reboot to normal mode and turn system restore back ON.
    System restore can be found here:
    Right click My Computer > System restore tab > check the box > Apply and OK any messages.
