    Removing winko,auto.exe
    My computer,running on windows xp has been infected by the auto.exe virus.autorun.inf and winko.the winko virus.in safe mode, I was able to delete all but the winko virus which was in the inaccessible (in the system volume information folder ).when I revert to normal mode, the viruses are stiLl there.please advise!!

    Click start>click run type in msconfig and then press enter. Go to the start up tab and uncheck everything except your anti virus,click OK and reboot.
