    Doubleclick Cookie tracker.
    Well, I already got rid of DSO just to find out I'm having another "die hard" spyware, this time is DoubleClick cookie tracker, Spybot, Norton, MCafee, CWshredder failed to delete this.

    Im really a PC newbie but I don't find funny or nice having something sending me ads and tracking my cookies. Please help :(

    DoubleClick cookie Tracker
    Just read this,so I might be a bit late.Hopefully you will be sorted by now.Just thought you might like to visit http:www.interhack.net/pubs/dc-proto-fail/ and read what they say on the DoubleClick cookie Tracker.
    It looks quite technical to start with,but it's really easy to follow,and above all,an interesting article.

    Best wishes,
    Nez.

    Double Click
    Hi,
    You didn't mention AdAware_SE;
    Here is a link, it's the greatest:

    www.lavasoftusa.com

    Also, here is a link to the very best program I have yet found; regarding Spyware/Malware/DoubleClick/Advertising programs. It is free, and since I have been using this, I have not had even ONE spyware program or URL!

    http://www.download.com/SpywareBlast...ml?tag=lst-0-2

    Spyware Blaster is not a scanner; it STOPS this stuff from getting into the computer in the first place. It sets your IE Restricted sites blocking some thousand sites and URL's from entering your computer.

    Also, whenever you do run a scan, run it in SafeMode. It's much faster and much more efficient.
    Best wishes,
    fredg
