I am using PeopleSoft8 on a web site and a function in PeopleSoft is a little grid you can click on and it will take whatever you have on the web page and open it up in an excel spreadsheet. My problem is all of a suden it doesn't work, when you click on the grid the screen flashes and then nothing else. Any ideas? :eek:

You need to talk to your peoplesoft support.

The only things that jump to mind since I don't use PeopleSoft is:

1) Popup blockers can inhibit these kinds of functions. Blockers can get weird causing random interference, so check out your filters for blocking and for your firewall.

2) Call PeopleSoft Support again and talk to someone else. Don't mention your earlier call.

In the early days of Win98 I called tech support a lot. If the guy who answered couldn't help me or asked for money, I'd hang up and call again. Sometimes it took 3-5 calls, but eventually I almost always got someone who could fix the problem and didn't ask for more money.
