I've had a couple of tough years and a lot of why me moments. Think id just deal with all the bad stuff a bit better if I knew its not for ever

No one knows that, beanie, not us, not your best friends, no one. You are the designer of your future destiny.

Yea you'll never know. Everything will fall into place. Just keep on keeping on and always know when things are bad they'll always get better. But of course go back to again. And so on. It's life =[

I have been going around in circles with bad luck for at least 20 some years.
People always say that you are what you think or something like that. I argued with them because I always got the opposite of what I thought. Like I would be really positive that things are going to get better and nope I felt like groundhog day.

But then I realized that if you set goals, work toward those goals, don't let distractions side track you and be positive and focused that things do get better. I still don't agree with all that what you think is what you get philosophy the way they say it but I went about recreating my life in with a different angle on what they said and my life is still a bit of a mess. I feel like I have been digging myself out for the past 6 years. Hope is often the only thing that keeps me going.

I have had a disastrous couple of years and some days I loathe getting out of bed.I wake up in tears and go to bed in tears.

If it were not for my faith in my higher power,I don't know how I would have survived it all.

If you have any religious belief,I would say, hold on to that and ask your higher power to take the burden from you.

Part of a prayer that keeps me going is as follows.

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change,the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.

Hey,bad stuff happens,its always going to happen,but its how you deal with it,what you learn from the experience,how you cope.

When I see families who seem to have one disaster after another and still manage to help in the community and support other people,the human spirit to stay strong and keep living amazes me time after time.

The wheel of fortune always turns in and against your favour,having good friends and family help.

Often we go through things so we know how to better help people with the same problems.
Many organizations were started by people who had problems and realized the need.
