    Yes I remember him. He was from my home city of St.louis/Northside. He also had a song called "doin' the do". I was a fan of his music. I had move out of St.Louis as a child to the country an hour north, but I thought he was an inspiration for blacks to have someone young and black to represent Missouri... better yet the place I was born.
