Unsatisfied with construction of inground pool
We are currently having an ingrained pool installed and there are a number of issues that we are having with the installer. The biggest problem is with the decking around the pool. When thy installer did the concrete work he forgot to thy the copping around the pool and there are thy marks in the concrete. Also it has only been 2 weeks and the concrete is chipping, the grooves in the concrete are not straight , the decking doesn't drain properly. There are number of other issues we have and don't feel comfortable closing the deal because we don't have confidence in his performance and answers to our question. Does anyone have any suggestions for us before we pay the finale payment and possibly never see him again. Thank you!

    Hello linny:

Hire another pool guy to give you an estimate regarding how to fix what this guy did. When you have some numbers in front of you, your path might become clearer.

Yes, don't close the deal, have a concrete expert ( maybe two) come over and give you their beliefs and estimate to fix it.

Go back to the pool person and demand it be done correctly or you will sue them for the damages to fix it. ( your damges would be the cost to fix it minus what you still owe them.
