    Statute of limitation
    I want to know how long the statute of limitations for Ontario gov. to recover overpaid child subsidy. I am Canadian and the overpayment was incurred in Toronto Ontario

    I'm not sure what you are asking - you overpaid your child support, paid it to the Canadian Government and are now trying to recover the overpayment?

    Generally governments exempt themselves from SOLs.
