Request discovery of multiples items- template?
I need to request for discovery of multiple items. Or even entire files. Question 1. I know its informal, but is there a simple template? 2. how many documents can I request in one letter? 3. what if the requested documents that is pertinent to my case, would show that they broke the law in a way unrelated to me. Can they refuse to comply?

Not really a template that I know of esp in small claims court. If the documents is not directly related to our case they may refuse and it may be up to the judge to decide.'

For example the fact they did the same thing to me, is not your case, so my file could not be presented as evidence unless they had already lost a case to me, in which my court case could be presented not my actual file.

They may object to every item you ask for on various legal reason, and you have to be prepared to present why it is needed and what that evidence is suppose to prove.
